For DPC physicians who are pre-launch or open under six months

You need someone who's done this to help you figure out what to do next.

Launch with Guidance, Strategy, and Systems replaces the previous Harmony Ops Early Practice Plan.

This new plan pairs 12 weeks of asynchronous one-on-one coaching from a practicing DPC physician with the full Harmony Ops CRM system running underneath it. You ask the question. You get a real answer, grounded in your own numbers. The system helps with the rest of the launch.

What the early months actually look like

You're building a practice and a business, with no one to talk with about hard decisions.

You're in the window where every inquiry counts and every choice feels like it could be the wrong one. Should you post about this? Follow up on that lead yourself or let it sit? Raise your rate or hold it? Most new DPC docs make these calls alone, at 11pm, with no one to talk it through with them.

At the same time, your systems are either catching prospective patients or losing them. A call goes to voicemail after hours. A text sits unanswered for two days. A website visitor leaves without a way to reach you.

Getting both right early, the decisions and the systems, means you're not rebuilding either one later when your panel is bigger and your time is gone.

Why this plan exists

I believe new DPC docs are going to make it.

Hello! I'm Dr. Anne Gonzalez. I run Emerald Health DPC in North Carolina and host the DPC Life Podcast. I built Harmony Ops because the system I needed didn't exist. I built the coaching layer because a system alone wasn't enough to help new DPC docs.

You already did the hardest things. College, medical school, residency, boards. You survived sleep deprivation and licensing exams and maybe a marriage and kids somewhere in the middle of it. You left a broken system to build something on your own terms. That leap of faith deserves more than a login and a help center article.

Every week, you send me the current question that's on your mind, and I answer it on video, with your own Harmony Ops data pulled up next to it. You're not getting generic advice. You're getting a second set of eyes on your actual practice, from someone who's running one too.

how it works

Launch with Guidance, Systems, and Strategy

You bring the question. I bring the guidance, backed by your own numbers and five years of building a DPC practice.

Visual representation of step 1: foundation and setup

STEP 01

You ask one question a week. I answer it on video.

Every week, you submit the one thing you're stuck on, whether it's pricing, a marketing decision, a patient conversation, or something you can't quite name yet. I record a personal video response, so you get real guidance without needing to find an hour on both our calendars.

INSIDE THIS STEP:

  • One question submitted per week for 12 weeks

  • A recorded video response from Anne, watch on your own time

  • Guidance grounded in your practice, not a generic playbook

Visual representation of step 2: strategic execution

STEP 02

Every other week, we look at your actual numbers together.

Bi-weekly, your Harmony Ops data gets woven right into the coaching video. You see how your leads are moving, what's working, and where the gaps are, so every piece of advice you get is checked against what's really happening in your practice instead of a guess.

INSIDE THIS STEP:

  • Bi-weekly Harmony Ops performance data included in your weekly video answer

  • Coaching decisions grounded in your real lead and patient activity

  • You'll get a separate report via email to read on your own

Visual representation of step 3: scale and optimize

STEP 03

The full Harmony Ops system runs underneath, and you're trained on it from day one.

While you're getting coached, the system is already working. The chat widget catches website visitors. Voice AI answers after-hours calls. Automated follow-up keeps leads warm. Social posts go out in your voice. You're trained on all of it from the start, not handed a platform to figure out later while you're already busy running your practice.

INSIDE THIS STEP:

  • Chat widget, Voice AI, and automated email/SMS follow-up

  • Social media planner, reputation management, Patient Interest Capture

  • HIPAA-secure CRM, A2P registration, and email domain setup

What customers say

As physicians, our time is limited, and our teams are just as busy. We shouldn’t have to spend valuable team hours answering the same questions from prospective patients or handling tasks that can be easily automated, such as scheduling meet-and-greets. Upgrading systems can feel daunting, and it’s important to work with technology partners who truly understand the needs of a DPC practice.

A CRM platform like Harmony Ops for DPC helps reduce inefficiencies by automating lead capture, scheduling, and responses to common inquiries, all without pulling me or my team away from patient care. And having a DPC physician like Dr. Gonzalez - someone who deeply understands the unique workflow and lead-capture process of DPC practices and brings strong tech expertise - makes it the best of both worlds.

Dr. Noemi Adame, Pediatrician

I'm using it [Harmony Ops] for the new patient process. One of my pain points was responding the same day. I really wanted to respond the same day to inquiries. And with this, I always do that where I can send a message right away. It can automate the follow up message. And then same thing with when I do the meet and greet phone calls. I always have something I send them after the call and, and I can do that now automatically. I'm learning to adjust it to what I want it to do for me, but it's still what I needed to do and I'm happy that I have it.

It's definitely doing what I wanted as far as taking certain things off my plate. Things I always wanna do, but I'm like, “oh, I forgot to do this”, or the timer went off, or I had a phone call and I forgot to do it. Those automatic emails that go through, that's been big, where now it's on to the patient and they have reminders on there too.

Dr. Bukie Adefabi, Family Medicine

[Social Media Planner in Harmony Ops] It's been so, so helpful. I was literally stuck in my head. “What do I post?” Sometimes I would spend four hours thinking about what to post, and then thinking it's dumb, and then thinking nobody will like it. Then you just go in a circle and nothing gets done.

[Content AI in the Social Media Planner] For the first two I wasn't sure what was happening. The second, seeing the prompt was writing everything for me, I was like, this is really nice. After I put the first two posts out, I was like, “Oh my God, this is exactly what I have been wanting to do.”

A few things people ask before they sign up

Answers to common questions

What if I'm not ready to launch yet?

You don't have to be open to get started. Your coaching and your systems can both be running before your first patient walks in. Some of the clearest thinking happens before you open, while you still have the space for it.

What happens after 3 billing cycles if I can't afford $349 yet?

You'll receive a notification email after your 3rd billing cylethat your plan is transitioning. If the Growth Plan rate doesn't make sense for where you are at that point, you can cancel before the transition. No long-term contract. The goal of the three-cycle structure is that by 12 weeks, your panel is growing and the system has already paid for itself in patient inquiries it caught that you would have otherwise missed.

Is this really the same as the Growth Plan?

Yes. Same features, same setup process, same onboarding, same support. The biggest difference is this includes 12 weeks of asynchronous coaching with Anne and the reduced payments for the first three billing cycles. You're not getting a lighter version while you're getting started.

How does the weekly question work?

You submit one question through your Harmony Ops portal each week. Anne records a personal video response, and every other week she pulls up your own data while she answers, so the guidance is grounded in what's actually happening in your practice, not a generic template.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

Your coaching period ends and your plan transitions to the standard Harmony Ops rate of $349 every 28 days. The system keeps running exactly as it has been. You can continue with the coaching at an additional rate.

What if a cohort is already full?

Cohorts are capped at 5 new physicians a month so the coaching stays personal. If this cohort is closed, you're welcome to check out and you'll be placed in the next one.

What this looks like at month four

Twelve weeks in, you're not guessing anymore, and your systems have been working the whole time.

You made twelve decisions with a second set of eyes on them instead of alone at 11pm. Your panel is growing because prospective patients who found you actually reached you. Calls that came in after hours got answered. Leads that weren't ready to sign up in week one got followed up with automatically and circled back when they were ready.

You transition to the standard Harmony Ops rate at week thirteen because both the coaching and the system have already shown you what they're worth.
