You Don't Need to Post Every Day. You Need to Post Consistently.
Social media is on your to-do list. It has been for a while. Some weeks, you post. Some weeks you don't. You know consistency matters. You also know you have a practice to run, patients to see, and a life that doesn't stop moving to give you time to think about what to post on Instagram.
I get it. I hate being on camera, and I hate talking about myself. I'm a DPC physician. I did not go to medical school to learn content marketing.
But here's what social media for a DPC practice actually needs to do: it needs to make sure that when someone in your community is finally fed up enough with their current healthcare situation to go looking and they will be, because their deductible is insane and they keep getting seen by someone who's never met them, they already feel like they know you.
That's a much more achievable goal than "build a social media presence." It's just: be there. Regularly. Saying real things.
What Actually Works
You don't need to post every day. Two or three times a week is enough to stay visible in a local community. What you need is for those posts to go out, whether or not you remembered to write one that morning.
The way to make that happen is to batch. Sit down for two to three hours, write or outline your posts for the next two weeks, schedule them, and walk away. Done.
If writing captions from scratch isn't your thing, AI can do a first draft from a topic you give it. It's not perfect, but it gets you 80% of the way there in about five seconds. You edit it to sound like you and schedule it.
Set it up once. Let it run. Check back in two weeks.
Where Those Posts Should Point
Every post is an opportunity to drive someone to a place where they can actually learn about your practice and reach out. That's what the "Is DPC Right for Me?" page does. It lives at a branded URL. Your posts link to it. Someone curious clicks through, runs their numbers, and if they're a good fit, fills out the form. That lead goes into your CRM and triggers an automatic follow-up.
Post, educate, capture. Running while you're seeing patients.
The "Is DPC Right for Me?" page is the core of the $99 Patient Acquisition Engine. The social media planner that keeps you posting consistently across every platform from one place is part of the full $349 platform.
